Delete your account

Effective 3 September 2026

You can delete your HustleIt account yourself, from inside the app.

1. Open HustleIt and go to Me.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Manage account, then Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account closes immediately.

What is deleted, and when

Your profile, verification, applications and preferences are removed from active systems within 30 days.

What we must keep

Records of completed shifts and payments are retained for the period Indian financial and tax law requires — currently up to 90 days after deletion for settlement records, and longer where tax law sets a longer period. They are kept only for that purpose and then purged.

If you cannot access the app, email contact@dreamsmith.co.in from the phone number's registered address and we will delete the account for you.
