1. What HustleIt is

HustleIt is a platform. Businesses post shifts; verified workers choose and complete them. HustleIt is not the employer, the staffing agency or a party to the work itself. The business that posts a shift is responsible for the work, the workplace and the pay it has committed to.

2. Accounts and verification

You must be 18 or older. Workers complete a Verified Profile before applying; businesses complete verification before publishing. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

3. Shifts

A shift shows its date, hours and pay before you apply. Accepting a shift is a commitment to attend. Check in with the shift code when you arrive; attendance is recorded from that check-in. Cancel through the app as early as you can — repeated late cancellations and no-shows lead to suspension. Businesses must provide the shift as posted and a safe place to do it.

4. Pay and invoices

The pay shown on a shift is what the business has committed to for that shift. Worker earnings are recorded per completed shift and settled on the platform's published schedule, which follows the compliance rules that apply to us. Businesses receive one monthly invoice covering every completed shift and the platform fee shown before publishing. We are not responsible for failed transfers caused by details you entered incorrectly.

5. Conduct

No harassment, discrimination, unsafe work, or asking anyone to work off-platform to avoid the record. Either side can report a problem from the shift in the app.

6. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. You can close yours any time from Settings.

7. Liability

HustleIt provides the platform as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability to you for any claim is limited to the platform fees we received for the shift concerned.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kerala have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect.
